Company Shipping Policy
We offer a variety of shipping solutions in order to give the consumer the best possible choice.
The company shall ship all goods within 1-3 days of orders being received.
In the rare situations where stock is not available for delivery within 3-5 days we will call the customer and offer a full refund if an acceptable delivery date cannot be agreed upon.
The company uses third party providers for shipping and we do not accept any liability for damage and loss of goods on behalf of the partners. Insurance of goods in transit is not provided. If insurance is required please indicate in the comments box on the order completion form and we will call you back the next day with quotes.
Shipping times from Sydney vary between 1-7 days within Australia by road. Air freight can be arranged if specifically requested.
International Shipping
We offer a variety of international shipping options. For basic Australia Post Airmail there is no tracking available and we will not accept any responsibility for lost or delayed items. Others services include varying degrees of tracking and require signature upon receipt.
Any local duties and taxes that may be applicable will need to be paid for by the customer and are not included in our invoices.
Company Refund and Returns Policy
All and any business undertaken by the Company shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this contract which are as follows:
Definitions ‘Company’ shall mean Piste Headz, a trading name of ECO Imports P/L ABN 59 111 432 100, PisteHeadz.com website and their employees, servants, agents, subsidiaries and associated entities.
‘Customer’ shall mean the retailer, wholesaler, distributor, consignor, the receiver, the consignee, the owner of the Goods, the bailor of the Goods or the person for whom any other Services are performed.
‘Goods’ shall mean the products, articles or things tendered for sale by the Company and shall include the container or containers, packaging containing the same and any other pallet or pallets delivered with the same to the Customer.
Refund Policy for Goods. Returns Policy only applies to products sold by ECO Imports P/L on PisteHeadz.com. It does not apply to products sold by third parties, where third parties may be retailers, wholesalers or other merchants. These third parties are responsible for all faults and returns of goods.
Returns are simple and easy.
We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that meet each of the following criteria:
• Have the original invoice attached • Are in their original packaging • Are not used. • Are not damaged due to unpacking or misuse.
Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error.

Cancel Order Requests
With any cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. In the event that the product is shipped, you will be charged for the order. if you wish to cancel your order, contact us ASAP using the details below and quote your order number.
